It is Sunday afternoon, and TikTok influencer @SophieSnacks is back with another one of her oddly satisfying fridge restock videos. Sophie, a bubbly 24-year-old, kicks off the video with a dramatic sigh and an "OK guys, my fridge is looking sad... time for a grocery haul!" She then whips out her phone to show off her colour-coded shopping list app before diving into the chaos of unpacking. The restocking begins with a colourful produce parade. Sophie carefully arranges a rainbow of bell peppers in a clear drawer before stacking containers of berries. In the dairy section, Sophie lines up her favourite Greek yogurts, creating a neat colour gradient from plain to fruit-on-the-bottom varieties. She pulls out a set of glass jars filled with homemade overnight oats, each labelled with a day of the week. "Look how fancy we are!" she giggles, giving them a little shake before placing them on the top shelf. In the final flourish, Sophie adds some "fun" items - popsicles for hot days and a fancy cheese "for when I'm feeling bougie," she confides in a stage whisper. The video ends with a satisfying slow pan of the fully stocked fridge, now a testament to colourful, organized abundance. The comments section quickly fills with followers asking for her container recommendations and meal prep tips.

Sophie is not a real influencer, and this is not a real video. But it could be.
